I am pleased to see how many dedicated dentists are talking about the new ADA proposals and asking good questions. Be forewarned, you must read the full documentation carefully to recognize the threats. The devil is the details.
My DOCS colleagues and I will provide complete insights into the ADA proposals on our two free conference calls next Monday (January 8th) and Thursday (January 11th). We will also use the calls to coordinate efforts to combat this affront to our patients and so many dedicated practitioners.
I urge you in the strongest terms to get involved. The ADA has made a big mistake. We must make certain that the error is not allowed to stand.
To register for the Monday teleconference at 9 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (6 p.m. on the West Coast), email Monday@team1500.org. To register for the Thursday teleconference at 7:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (4:30 p.m. on the West Coast), email Thursday@team1500.org. Questions can be addressed to questions@team1500.org.
Please note that the issues here transcend oral sedation dentists and impact all civic-minded professionals. Will the ADA rob the dental public of its right to safe oral sedation dentistry? And if it does, what will it ban next?
